humidity will already be rising. good evening, everyone i'm natasha brown. thanks for joining us. looks like we're in for a seventh straight day of this heat wave. that's what it appears. let's get to meteorologist justin drabick on the cbs sky deck how is it looking? >> still feeling somewhat oking. we've been lucky. temperature $ hit 90. but humidity levels pretty low for august. that's going to change he said getting a little bit more muggy outside now. nothing unbearable just yet. today's high didn't just make it to 90 we'll keep the heat wave going. average is 87. this makes it the 20th day of 90 or higher for 2015. again we got couple more days to go with this extended heat wave. 78 right now at the airport in philadelphia, still to very warm this hour mid 70's down in south jersey. dover delaware coming in at 74. nice breeze kicking set up a, ocean temperature 74 coastal

condition or any arrests at this time. stay with "eyewitness news" for updates. new tonight, police identified a man murdered in point breeze as 30-year-old, police say they found him lying in the road on the 1900 block of mountain street friday night. suffering from gunshot wounds. he was rushed to the hospital where he later died. the killer is still on the loose. anyone with information, contact philadelphia police department. only two lanes are open tonight on i76 in camden county. after a tractor-trailer fire. it happened in the northbound lanes in gloucester city. crews been working for hour one of the tractor-trailer's tires started at the fire, luckily no one injured. saddeneding for a world famous robot right here in philadelphia. hitchbot, the hitch hiking robot two weeks in across country journey when someone damaged it in old city.

nine nine00 block west pottsgrove. the fire department was called to help several people including a child from a second floor window. the man was eventually taken into custody. no word on any charges. police looking for the driver who took off after hitting a 5-year-old girl in north philly today. it happened an the 2200 block of north lambert street. the girl was taken to the hospital and stable tonight. officers are searching for a light colored jeep with pennsylvania tags. if you have any information, contact police. . a huge wild fire in northern california is putting thousands of homes and businesses at risk. so far 47,000 acres very charred in the rapidly growing fire. at least two dozen homes have been destroyed. cbs news correspondant. >> reporter: the rocky fire is relentless. the latest advance prompted more
